Ingredients
1 | Package | Clark’s Gringo Salsa Mix, hot or mild |
1 | 28 oz Can | Tomatillos |
2 | Large | Avocados, peeled & seeded |
1 | Handfull | Celantro |
Preparation
In a blender, add all ingredients, including the juice from the tomatillos. Blend until smooth. Place in a bowl and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Serve!
