Avocado & Green Chili Dip

Ingredients

1 Package Clark’s Gringo Salsa Mix, hot or mild
1 28 oz Can Tomatillos
2 Large Avocados, peeled & seeded
1 Handfull Celantro

Preparation

In a blender, add all ingredients, including the juice from the tomatillos.  Blend until smooth.  Place in a bowl and refrigerate for 30 minutes.  Serve!
